Hi, I’m Gabriella (gabi for short)
I’m a Registered Psychologist with over 5 years of experience working in private practice with a broad range of presentations, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I’m passionate about supporting individuals to create meaningful, lasting change and improve their overall wellbeing.
I take a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental approach, creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I draw on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring each session to your individual needs.
I’m committed to helping you build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find me at the gym, out on a run, or on the hunt for a great latte.
